  • During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take slightly longer, but we strive to ship your order as quickly as possible.

  • Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


2. Shipping Fee

  • We offer a flat shipping rate of USD 10.88 per order.

  • The shipping fee is automatically calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Additional fees may apply for remote or special regions (such as islands, mountainous areas, or military addresses).


3. Shipping Partners

To ensure reliable and timely delivery, we cooperate with several trusted international and regional logistics providers, including:
UPS, DHL eCommerce, FedEx, GLS, Cainiao, and Hongkong Post.
Our system will automatically select the best carrier based on your destination and order details.


4. Shipping Coverage

We provide worldwide shipping services. However, due to logistics and customs restrictions, we currently do not ship to the following countries and regions:
Sudan, South Sudan, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Afghanistan, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Haiti, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Mozambique, Myanmar, Somalia, Turkey, and Yemen.


5. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery times (after dispatch) are as follows — for reference only:

  • Mainland China / Hong Kong / Macau / Taiwan: 4–7 business days

  • United States / Canada: 8–14 business days

  • Europe (UK, France, Germany, Spain, etc.): 9–16 business days

  • Australia / New Zealand: 10–18 business days

  • Asia (Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, etc.): 6–12 business days

  • South America / Africa (selected regions): 15–25 business days

Please note that actual delivery times may vary depending on customs clearance, weather conditions, flight delays, or local holidays.


6. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

  • Customs policies vary by country. Some international orders may be subject to import duties or taxes.

  • All customs fees, import taxes, and related charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • If the buyer refuses to pay customs fees and the parcel is returned or destroyed, the buyer will bear the loss.


7. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your package through the carrier’s official website or on our “Track Order” page.

  • If tracking information hasn’t been updated for an extended period, please contact us and we’ll assist in verifying the shipment status.


8. Address and Delivery Issues

  • Please ensure that your shipping address, full name, and contact details are accurate and complete.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, customers will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us promptly — we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Delivery may be delayed due to customs inspections, natural disasters, severe weather, flight delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
While we will make every effort to assist and keep you informed, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control.
